Employing staff means you will inevitably run into difficult situations such as an employee personal crisis or a member of staff who is not pulling their weight. Depending on the type of business you operate, it may be appropriate to install security systems so that you have evidence if anything goes missing. Make sure company information is encrypted, and you may wish to look into software that protects against unauthorised copying of large amounts of data.
